{30x30 pt7} Uncertainities and a Glass of Red Wine

Life is full of uncertainties which can be exciting at times at daunting at others.  Today life's uncertainities took on a daunting form and I was filled with anxiety.  A few weeks ago I posted about being at a crossroads and I am still facing it.  Sometimes I wish I could fast-forward a few years until I have it all figured out.  But maybe I will always be on the search for the next best thing.  It's nice to date an older man because he gives me perspective and insight and he also knows when I need to spend the evening drinking red wine and watching Glee.  Which is exactly what we did tonight!

  1. It seems as if I am always having some sort of a dilemma lately. All you can do is take everything day by day and it will all work out. Or at least that is what I have come to believe. Your bf sounds like a great and understanding guy!

  5. I'm kind of in love with crossroads - even the daunting ones. It means something is happening, and usually for the better. I know change is scary, but just trust you'll make the right decision. In the meantime, wine and Glee can do wonders. : )

LOVE the nails! Fun nail polish is the best. And I love the color of your top. So pretty.

  6. At quick glance I thought your purse was a skirt! A mermaid skirt. How fun would that be? I watched Glee for the first time last night! I knew I'd love it because I love to sing and dance. That may be why I hadn't started watching it. Not enough time for TV when my blog envelopes my life :D

  14. I totally understand how you're feeling here! I think we all face those uncertainties no matter what stage we're at in our life. Like you said, I often find myself wanting to hit fast-forward until I "have it all figured out". I'm trying hard lately to remind myself that it's always going to be life and the future is always a question mark. Remembering to live in (and enjoy!) the present is a hard lesson sometimes, I think... I agree that red wine and the boy you love definitely help with that. What better way to live in the present? :)

You look great, girl! Love the necklace and your purse. Thanks for reminding me that I'm not alone in feeling this way sometimes.
