Cute Candy

Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC
I have an infamous sweet tooth (and now a whiter sweet tooth thanks to the pain of Zoom! whitening).  Chocolate is my biggest vice and candy of any kind follows closely behind.  So when I was watching t.v. the other day and an ad for Personalized M&M's came on, all I could think about was Christmas gifts, Anniversary Gifts, Birthday Gifts! They are so cute- you choose the colours you want and you can include up to 2 images and 2 personalized messages.  And as I am on a tight budget this year- dear friends and family please act surprised if you receive these cute chocolate pieces as a present from me!

While I am on the topic of candy- my favourite candy girl-Dylan Lauren (daughter of fashion icon Ralph Lauren and owner of Dylan's Candy Bar) has written a book entitled "Dylan's Candy Bar: Unwrap your Sweet Life"- journalling her love for the sweeter things in life; entertaining and even a little fashion thrown in the mix (she is Ralph's daughter so what do you expect?)  I think that this book will be added to my X-Mas Wish List which ironically enough consists entirely of reading materials!

  3. I have been at Dylan's Candy Bar in New York; the $125 t-shirt kinda turned me off, showed what happens when brand name fixation becomes out of control.

One of my daily joys is reading the lovely comments you leave. It may take a day or two (or three, depending on how hectic life gets!) but I will stop by your slice of the blogosphere soon! xo Emily
