Another post about leopard print?! If you're one of the few animal print naysayers (shame!) you may not appreciate this post but if you're an animal print addict like me then read on! I've expressed my leopard love many times before but thought it would be fun to show you a few ways I've worn leopard print to work over the past couple of weeks. The key for work appropriate meow-meow is to limit yourself to one leopard print piece per outfit and make sure the style is daytime wear (for example you may not want to break out your leopard print miniskirt or knee high leopard print boots for the office. Although...knee high leopard print boots? If there's such a thing I have to get my hands on them pronto!)

Loving the leopard....grrrrr! Also loving your Lilac Lingerie blog work, Emily! The couple stories are a great idea, well done. Can tell you are enjoying the new camera with fancy shots like the panda ring - sharp foreground, blurred background...excellent!
ReplyDeletei like all 3 outfits emily! :) you are awesome at making them look special & different from each other. i totally lust after leopard. a few days ago i saw some knee high leopard print boots on etsy, but they weren't my size. you might want to check that out.
ReplyDeleteLove the way you're incorporating leopard print into work attire! Very sassy-chic!
ReplyDeletei love a little pop of leopard print! and your nails look pretty too! :)
ReplyDeleteYou can do it. I can't. Don't look at my blog. Seriously, please don't.
ReplyDeleteI love the red patterned tights in outfit no. 2. Very chic.
Great tips for how to keep leopard day & work appropriate. I love leopard print, but I do think it's very easy for it to look a little trashy when not worn appropriately, so we do have to be mindful. Love all your looks here :)

I love leopard print, it's such a fun print that works like a neutral! Your last look is my favorite with that great pop of orange. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYou can never go wrong with leopard print. never. At least thats what i tell myself lol! I like the red nails & leopard print combo they look great together.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the panda ring !
ReplyDeleteNot much of a fan of leopard print, when it comes to large garments. A shirt or a knit is ok, but I wouldn't wear a leopard print maxi dress :D
My favourite outfit is the third one. The clean colours are gorgeous!

I must admit, Emily, that I've never been a big fan of animal prints (unless it's the tiny "animal" print I just posted about haha) but I do love the way you wear it in little pops like the blouse, belt, and neutral cardigan. I also really really like leopard flats with hepburn-esque cropped pants...that one might just be my ticket into leopard-print love :)
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely a fan of animal prints. Love all the outfits you put together!

ReplyDeleteI like leopard print but i don't own any items mainly because i feel that it doesn't really represent me but i definitely like the look on you. You rock leopard print for sure....meaow...I like it that you introduce it subtly on each of your outfits so that it looks chic and not over the top .

Girl!! Look at your teeny tiny waist! I love all of these looks. I love leopard print although I don't own much of it. I think my favorite of these three is the first! It's so pretty with the studded belt!
