scarf sunday {3}

All I need now is a shiny red convertible and I'm Audrey Hepburn circa 1960!
It's getting too hot to wear a neck scarf, but the lighter fabrics work wonders as a headwrap, ponytail holder or DIY turban headband.  I loved this look so much I wore it out for dinner and drinks on Saturday night and walks through the neighbourhood and window shopping (my wallet wasn't pulled out once!) on Sunday.  These high waisted shorts from H&M were a recent score from a consignment shop and although they were met with a strange look from Mr. M (aka the boy), they made me feel like a throwback surburban housewife!

While you're at it, why not check out my other Scarf Sunday posts here and here

Happy Father's Day to all the wonderful fathers who were, who are and who are soon to be.  I love you Dad!

    You look super glam with your scarf and sunnies... and a red convertible would indeed be the perfect accessory.
