Tonight you get a 2 for 1 OOTD special! These photos were all taken tonight but this black dress was what I wore on Tuesday during my
parking debacle except the dress was freshly ironed and I wasn't wearing the owl necklace then. These yellow pumps from Aldo are extremely comfortable to walk in but when it came to running around the city, I wish I had been wearing flats!

My favourite part of this Topshop dress is the subtle detailing on the empire waistband and on the collar. I love a LBD with flair! It's an accessory zoo with my owl necklace and coiled snakes bracelet! |

Dress- Topshop; Heels- Aldo; Necklace-Thrifted; Bracelet- A SweeT; Earrings-Vintageaption |
I've already changed the rules for the 30x30 this time around. I switched up the
floral skirt worn here for this black mini which is more versatile and less "I'm bending over and oopsie I just mooned everyone!" Because the full moon is never a good look... I love this jacket- I've only worn it once before and even though it's quite warm for the summer, I love it's colour, cut and comfort! I wore this outfit out for Vietnamese food and now I'm off to the Italian Festival- it's a night of food, culture and drinks for me!

Skirt & Jacket- Thrifted; Heels- Pierre Dumas; Clutch & Ring-Vintage; Earrings- Gifted; Nail Polish- Iced Mauve by Revlon |

Lover boy brought me back these gold and white gold earrings from his work trip to California and I love their delicacy and elegance. I broke my own rules of never wearing gold and silver together but these earrings inspired me to step outside of my comfort zone and I like the end result! |
|
This black mini has a honeycomb like pattern. |
|
This shiny vintage clutch was my Grandmother's and I got this panda bear ring from a local antique market. |
I love both looks - that LBD is so cute and I love the yellow pumps (even if they weren't the most idea for walking around all day)...and don't even get me started on that clutch or your super cute grey jacket!

Both outfits are fab, but I especially love the first one! It's so "you"! And your owl necklace is so so cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend, dear!
P.S. In regards to your comment, no worries! I didn't even realize you used the term "the boy," so obviously it doesn't irk me when you do it at all. ;) I definitely didn't have anyone in mind in particular when writing that post, and I mostly write for entertainment, and I hope you know that! I don't mean any offense at all! :)

I really like the animal accessories you are rocking. Also, the boy did good getting you those gorgeous earrings.
ReplyDeleteYour Nana would be delighted that her bag is out and about with such a stylish grand-daughter! Mr. M. chose lovely earrings, and I have had several people in hysterics over the "losing the car" story. I have done it myself, but in a vast mall parking lot on a freezing winter night...not fun! See you soon!
ReplyDeleteI love love love that owl necklace. Too cute!
