WOW! What an inspirational weekend I had in Minneapolis! There's just something so powerful & empowering about having 150 women gathered in the same space for the same cause. The theme of the Success Summit conference was "You hold the key to your success" and we started the meetings by clasping a gold Lia Sophia key necklace around our neighbour's neck and sharing with them our triumphs. It was a wonderful time (even with the lack of sleep) for both personal and professional development and I learned a tremendous amount from the other Dress for Success staff members, volunteers & clients.

I am now officially in moving mode- we took ownership of our new house last night! I won't be blogging for a week or so as I get the place cleaned, decorated and ready for our house guests' (my Mum & sister) upcoming visit. See you in the blogosphere soon!
